Has anyone used the Tick Performance remote clutch SpeedBleeder product ?

The Katech remote bleeder cost $140+ , where Tick's version runs $50.

Tick Performance SpeedBleeder

yup i had it on my vette and it worked perfect w/ no leaks at all. buy it and enjoy a much easier time on the initial bleeding of the line.

Tick's products are great quality, I would highly recommend them. Also a speed bleeder is an amazing invention, I love whoever invited it... as you learn when you have a GTO. it's just a bonus on a Corvette.

Oh, and watch out.... I may be coming in the night to steal that clutch. My Z has been telling me how badly she wants one.

I'm going to use the TPE one. I am sure the Tick will do fine.

Parker, what's the price on the TPE unit ?

I thought Katech's was a bit overpriced and Tick's is $50.00.

How many miles do you have on your current clutch ?

We have a speed bleeder here that is $50 as well. We try to make sure every Car we put a clutch in gets them. Makes life so much easier. I can not see why the Katech bleeder is so much unless it bleeds it for you!!! Only thing that thing bleeds is your wallet!!! Gonna do some research on that!! I researched. The only difference that I can see is that it comes with a $90.00 clamp. LOL

Yeah, they all do primarily the same thing. The TPE unit is 90 bucks, with free shipping through the 15th of July. I decided to go with it because no where in the parts description is the word "zip-tie" used, like in the Tick unit. Call me dopey, but I am really not a zip-tie kinda guy. My decision was made sometime back when it was explained to me that the TPE unit was engineered for a purpose, vs. just a parts assembly. But yeah, they will all get the job done.
