If it will be on Saturday, then the date would be June 2, and if Sunday works better for everyone, then June 3. Gary's (Speedrachet) wife Gwen suggested a nice place with tablecloths in the Casa Grande area during the May lunch. Gwen Posted May 19, 2007 Share Posted May 19, 2007 I had to join the site today since Gary is in Texas and hasn't answered this question for me -- I did mention Casa Grande for an ACE luncheon, and I thought a restaurant at the Francisco Grande Resort might be fun, but I confess I've never eaten there! It's true that the photo on their website shows tablecloths -- :D Maybe Don and Patty would have more insight about the best Casa Grande restaurant though. It appears they've done a great job of renovating the place. I remember eating there with my parents back in the 60's when the San Francisco Giants trained there. It looks a little too "foo foo" for our group. When they don't list prices on their menu, that is usually a bad sign. I don't want to pay $20 for a chicken cheddar quesadilla! Just our How about something more simple like a Del Taco or a Famous Sam's or the like in Casa Grande?
