I had a blast the last time we went to Laughlin. In fact, I had so much fun I could do this TWICE a year. (or more) You wouldn't have to gamble, you wouldn't have to drink, you wouldn't have to enter the car show if you just wanted to cruise. It would be a blast. Anyone feel like stepping up and organizing a cruise - maybe trying to get us discount rooms somewhere - or will I have to do this myself? We're in! Who else? This might cause problems for those who have to work Fridays, and it would require a two night stay. Thought: we could go Saturday, the car show isn't until 2, but we would miss the Poker Run. It's $125 to register to participate in the car show, the poker run and all the evening festivities. It cost's nothing (except hotel room) to see all the pretty plastic and shop the vendors, and you don't have to be registered for the event to get the discounted room rates. So, maybe we should consider one group leaving on Friday and the other (if necessary) on Saturday. We don't really need to organize much except a meeting place and time. Everyone can call and make their own hotel reservation and register for the event if they want to.That's my Marylou and I plan on leaving Friday and returning Sunday.Steve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The lady informed me that they only have 60 rooms left for this show. If anyone has not called, it might be good to place your reservation as soon as possible. I know I have posted the Gila Bend BBQ and it isn't showing up. I have been waiting for the dates of the Z06 Fest and I will post that to the calendar as well. I have contacted the mods regarding the other issue of the event not showing up in the bottom of the page, but it IS on the calendar!
