Shifty Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 WEC observations: Audi is going to be hurting at LeMans. They are nimble as hell on a twisty track, but other than superior race strategy, that is their one advantage. Porsche will destroy LeMans. They are brutally quick in the straights, and Mulsane will be their place to shine. Toyota seem to be a somewhere in the middle, but are probably a bit stronger than Audi at tracks like LeMans. Nissan's new machine is an unknown, and they will probably dominate areas where acceleration is needed having that glut of horsepower. But, they will eat front tires with the vehicle balance so far off, and a good chunk of weight up front. I do loves me some diversity though... How do the Stupor LMP's compare ??? The closing rates and ability to just drive around and thru the GT class is entertaining. Why in the hell isn't CR in the WEC ???
