I have 15.. uh... er... 10... ummm... 7 gallons of Honey Blonde Ale , 20 gallons of Amber Ale that I just kegged up lastnight, and 20 gallons of Pale Ale burbling away as of this morning.Now, to Q.C. that Amber... Ima gunna put a big dent in that pale ale!!!!!!I just crashed the temperature on the pale ale, so the few remaining yeast floating around are sinking. It will be ready to keg tomorrow.
