Speeding fines are their primary income source and they have the speed traps to back it up. Does this sound like I have some experience in that area? Mesa (North end of the parking lot) (S/W corner of McKellips and Lidsay Rd. behind the Walgreens store) Bring a camera, and something to write with (ink) A Dam Rally package will be given to each team that contains everything you will need to get you on your way.
