Special THANKS to Cherye for guiding us around the many stoplights of Prescott. Sorry for the extended potty stop but our original stop in Kirkland was closed. A little confusion getting to Jack-in-the-Box but at least we didn't end up in Duncan and we did all end up at Relics. I was a little iffy on the restaurant but I think they did a good job considering 50 people walking in within mins. Lets hear some ideas for the next trip! Only had a little problem on the way back. Lost a right rear pressure sensor. By lost I mean it quit reading. All XXX's. It didn't leave the wheel. We had a taco salad and split it, and I think got halfway through it and gave up. Great selection.We drove up from Yuma the night before and stayed at Comfort Inn on Bell & I-10. Got a half-decent night's sleep and up and at em in the morning. We drove over to the community college and drove up and down the street looking for some corvettes, but only found a cop car parked at the CC. So I finally picked a spot and waited, and the rest eventually started rolling in. We had a good run going back, after getting through the traffic leading to I-17. That was the traffic we ran into coming down 89 the week before. Me, Janie, and Cornhusker ran together for quite a ways, was waiting for Mikey to catch up with us but he never did.I think it was neat for some of the fathers to be able to take one of their children with them on father's day.Anyhow, we stayed Saturday night at the same place. We had noticed a steak house on our way to get gas that morning, so we went there for dinner, it was around 8 I think when we got there, and no waiting, place was pretty slow for a Saturday night. The name of the place is Carvers, and it is on Bell, about 81** block. We celebrated my anniversary and father's day and the food matched the occasion. Highly recommend it for special events. Anyhow, we made it back to Yuma before noon, and only ran into a few azzhoes along the way. We passed a few cars coming out of Gila Bend, and when I looked back they had all sped up and attached them selves to us, seven cars zooming down the road. Looked like a snake when changing lanes and passing.Great shots everyone has contributed so far. Beautiful scenery up there. Yeah Yeah, here is my contribution to the run. Malcolm and I had the Country Club Sandwich and shared onion rings and guacamole and warmed chips with Rich and Esther. Wouldn't mind going there again and again. Great Food!!!!! Got up a little late to return home on Sunday, it was that 1/2 glass of wine I drank the night before to celebrate Rich and Esther's wedding 42nd Anniversary. So that's what happen to non drinkers after one drink, no more for me!!!!
