jaxvet Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 We have a group of car nuts that get together on Tues or Wed for lunch.Each week someone from the group picks a day & start point & destination for lunch.For instance, last Tues, 6 cars met in Mesa on McKellips & cruised to Black Canyon City for lunch.Week before we went to Prescott for lunch & then Jerome for ice cream.Next Tues we are meeting at the K-Mart parking lot at 60 & Power Rd, behind Target store between 10:30 & 11AM& then cruisin' down to Queen Creek to have lunch at San Tan Flats.Sometimes we have 12 or 15 cars, sometimes just 5.Any cars are welcome, vettes, hot rods, cobra's, classic's, muscle cars or custom's.This is a social thing for car nuts. The more cars, the more enjoyable the day is.Sometimes we do something a little different, last Fri we went to Payson for breakfast.As you join in, we add you to our list of names & numbers & then you are notified on Sunday or Mondaywhere we are meeting & when & where we are going.Come on & join us, cars are made for us to drive & enjoy.ThanksJack Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I kept my mouth shut most of the time but the wife sure did some talking. Kind of embarrassing sometimes. Sorry guys!! Might make this one since it's close. I need to do some major work on the old golf cart and try and get it ready for next weeks work though. I'll let you know when the time gets closer.Thanks for starting this Jack!! Might be able to make this one if you are.Hey Mark & rest of the cruisin' community.Yes we have one set up for Tuesday 5/13/08Will meet between 10:30 & 11AM at Waffle House parking lot & then cruise in a caravan to our lunch destination in Superior, AZ. (I thought we were going to Surprise, so this is a surprise to me.)To get to this Waffle House, take hiway 60 east & exit Idaho St., turn left, go north of freeway & resturant is on east side of street accordingto our scout, (who sometimes doesn't know which way is up).Any question's, this cruise is under the direction of Don Meacham, (that's scary in itself) (he went to Bowling Green & it took him over three weeks to find his way back)Don's number is 480-474-1012.Some of our regular's wil be in Laughlin at the gambling table's, trying to improve the casino's bottom line.Hope some of you folk's can join us, if not, maybe next time.ThanksJackCruise 4 Lunch Bunch Club Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
