Hello to all, :howdy

Well it has been a while since our last local ACE event, So it's time once

again to saddle up and hit the road!!! :burnout We will be going on a cruise to

Mount Lemmon on Saturday May 26th. It is a nice ride up the mountain and

we should be able to escape the heat in the valley making for a nice

afternoon.

We are planning on being up to the summit by 1:00 PM to have lunch and

just hang out for a bit.

A meet up time and place will be listed on Wednesday the 23rd

If any of the Phoenix crew is interested we love to have you come along !

Sounds like fun. I work on Saturday so I'm afraid we're out. I love the cruise up the mountain. Maybe next time.

Andrew

EDIT: Oh yeah, I put this on the calendar too....

:howdy Hey Greg & Susan, sorry to say that Jim and I will not be able to attend this cruise, the last time my hubby took me up that hill, we ended up lost ( big time ). :crazy Need to keep Jim off dirt roads. ( oh, it was not the vette by the way, thank god! ) :D

I think the road from the South is all dirt. Strictly a 4x4 road :chris

Just a quick word of warning - - - watch your speed.

I made that run three weeks ago, with my old friends from the Prowler club. The speed limit is 35 and they aren't kidding. Three of us found out the hard way, so spent last Sat morning at traffic school.

Have fun but be carefull.

Bob

just an update on our Mt Lemon run on Sat. We will be meeting at Starbuck'S Coffee Shop at

10785 N Oracle Rd, Oro Valley on the corners of First and Oracle, at 11:30am Sat. and leave promptly at 11:45.

I have to remind everyone that the speed limit on the ride up is 35mph. They are writing tickets aggressively to any and all even when in a group. Corvettes are always a target!

Lets make this fun for everyone and drive safely

Enjoyed the cruise tremendously, ..kinda tickled me that there were an even number of red and black corvettes .. and we seemed to end up cruisin with alternating colors with one bloo one (*nice* graphics ..very well done pirate theme :)

Great to caraven down and back with yas Mike an Missy (hope that's spelled right)

Kathy and I were almost *too* cold up top .. ROFL .. did NOT think that would be an issue today!

Got an up close look at Ken's Lambo doors .. man .. that not only looks very cool .. gettin in and out of his C5 is a heck of a lot easier, I didn't kick the speaker grill area swingin my legs in or out .. and the doors dont swing outward nearly as far.. practical *and* cool ...ima have to do that mod looks like, prolly next spring.. already got a 'to do' list that will take a bit to chew thru :)

It was a beautiful day for the cruise .. enjoyed it all :)

Sorry if I didn't remember everyone's name ..

..we need to do some more cruisin so I can get em all down ..

..ya .. that's the ticket .. more cruising!
