Meet up starts at 9:30 and the cruise will begin promptly at 10:00 am Cruise meeting point: Fast Mart / Shell Station, Verrado Way and I-10 1520 N Verrado Way Buckeye, AZ 85396 It will take about 1 hour to cruise the scenic back road to Gila Bend, over old Gillespie Dam bridge. Comfort stop in Gila Bend at the Circle K: 710 W Pima St Gila Bend, AZ 85337 Cruise continues: Painted Rock Petroglyph site west of Gila Bend. It will take about 30 minutes to reach the Petroglyphs. Brief visit at the Petroglyphs, then return to Gila Bend for lunch. WARNING!!! The last two blocks of the driveway into the petroglyph parking lot are DIRT. If your Corvette is allergic to dust, you can always park along the road and walk in. . . I seem to remember you work nights, and I know it's a long drive down for you! If you get a late start, you could always meet us for lunch in Gila Bend around 12:30 ish and then cruise back north with us (those that are taking the old road back north).
