Hummmm, Arroyo Seco the week before and Chuckwalla the nxt week. Hummmm, what to do...

I have not ran with NASA. I have ran with Pro Auto, and Speed Ventures. Is there anything different I can expect?

Depends on how you look at it. From a management perspective, I would say that I have heard we are much safer.

Gate Times:
Friday: 7AM - 9PM
Saturday: 6:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 6:00am
PRE-Event and Paddock Setup
The gates will be open all day on Friday until 9PM for early paddock setup. If you arrive after 9PM you will need to wait until the following morning to get in. Gates will be open at 6AM on Sat & Sun. Contact the track directly for access earlier than Friday.
NOTE: This is a large event and Chuckwalla paddock is not big enough to fit everyone unless everyone parks tighter than we are accustomed to. There is painted white lines on the ground and each "box" is 20' x 50'. Even if we put 2 drivers in each "box" we will still not have enough room. Folks with a rig that is over 50' will obviously need to bleed into the next box in front of them but look at the marks on the ground when you paddock! We need to basically get more than 2 people in each designated box so that everyone can enjoy the pavement. When we run out of room, that's it as it's difficult if not impossible to have people move after the fact. Folks that can't find paddock space will need to paddock single file on the access road or in the overflow parking.
NOTE: For "groups" trying to reserve space for their buddies, it is first come first served so understand that it would be considered a "party foul" if ONE guy on Friday shows up and ropes off 120 linear feet for his 11 friends who won't be showing up until Sat morning. If you're going to reserve space, there should be a compelling reason and a super efficient parking plan where it makes sense to reserve a chunk of space because the end result will be it will give everyone more space in the long run (Ex: 1 guy roping off 60 feet because he will make sure his 12 registered drivers will all fit in that one 60'x50' box).
Open Trailers
Paddock space will be at a premium at this event and we will not fit unless all open trailers park in the designated "Open Trailer" parking (see picture at the bottom of this post).
Support Vehicle Parking
Paddock space will be at a premium at this event and support vehicles should park in the "Open trailer & Overflow parking" area as well.
Event Schedule
Final version will be emailed out by no later than Thur 2/5/15. Draft version is posted below.
NOTE: Despite this being a "NASA Arizona" event, we will recognize “Pacific Time” (PDT) since we will be in CA.
