Traction control on ???

Ok, try this, pick your spot, open area, nothing to hit.

Place shifter in Sport, push traction control button once (the yellow :3gears: should be lit on the dash)

Lighten the pressure on the brake pedal so your barely stopped, nail the gas pedal.

If it starts spinning add a little brake pressure to hold or slow down your forward movement. AND feather the gas pedal so it doesn't bounce on the rev limiter...

Lift if you start to go sideways, or your forward monemtum gets to fast.

REMEMBER lift off the gas at the first sign of something going wrong!!!

If it spins a little then bogs you will need to start over, but this time press and hold the traction button for a few more seconds, it will flash

"Traction and Active handling OFF" on the display, now try again....

let me say this again

REMEMBER lift off the gas at the first sign of something going wrong!!!

Heres where I was learning to work the button on my C6.

Smokin the tires by using the paddles?

Umm .. I hope you aren't referring to 'nuetral drops' ..revvin it and dropping it into gear

..that is extraordinarily bad for automatics.

They have a tendency to come apart or have a very short lifespan.

And yes ..traction is guud as has been said above.

If you truly want to do burnouts for laffs, put some water down.

A lil tank of water, electric pump, a bit of hose routed to dump it right in front of the rear tires, a switch and you're set.

That makes it easy on the drivetrain.

That shot me straight back to high school :lol
