3,503 lbs of trouble Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 The Pavilions, technically The Scottsdale Pavilions, is an outdoor shopping center located in trendy North Scottsdale. Within the Pavilions is a McDonalds that holds what they claim is the largest weekly cruise in/car show in the country. A good number of us frequent this show. Every first Saturday of the month is "Corvette Saturday", and the Vettes come out of the woodwork. Even on the other Saturdays we always have a Corvette row all to our selves that we fill. There are always a lot of vintage cars and street rods from all eras. It's a big weekly attraction.You take the 101 freeway in Scottsdale to the Indian Bend exit. Exit West, and turn right (North) at the first light, and on your right you will see the McDonalds and the cars. We've had members show up in their Toyotas, Monte Carlos, T-Birds, Dodge Magnums and even P/U's. As long as you love Vettes, that's enough.
