The fuel rail covers can be used as is but looks better with an intake cover. As for condition the belt tensioner is powder coated and is fine no marks or blems, the drivers side fuel rail cover is fine no marks or blems, the pass. side has a ware mark on top where the intake cover sat.Fuel Rail Covers - $100.00 + $10.00 shippingBelt Tensioner --- $ 60.00 + $10.00 shipping OR$140.00 for both + $12.00 shipping If you want to pick then up then eliminate the shipping cost.Just to clarify, the fuel rail covers fit over your existing OEM covers.
