knkayotte
In the process of buying a 72 C3. Will one of these get up onto a uhaul car trailer? How about a car dolly? Can I leave it in neutral and go, or would I have to disconnect the driveshaft (auto trans)?Car does not run at this point, even if it did, I wouldn't want to drive a car up to CV that has been used in two years.Keith
ICULUKN
Ask Dan.. he has experience with towing a C3... Like on the poker run.... Sorry Dan ... couldnt resist... Anyway... I would imagine the best way would be a flatbed, or enclosed trailer. If you have AAA with the premium you get 100 mile free. Tell them it broke down... ;)Uhaul also offers the dolly where you have the whole car off the ground.

Or, if Bryan ends up with a car trailer here pretty quick for his Vega you may have another option.

BSeery
It's an Auto so a 2 wheel dolly is out. Even in nuetral you can't tow with the rear wheels down. Since it isn't lowered in the front, it should get up most trailers. Get a UHaul trailer and you might need some planks of wood. When and where are you picking it up and do you need any help ?
