92ZR1Wannabe Posted July 3, 2005 Author Share Posted July 3, 2005 Okay okayUnder the hood is dirty as hell, I have been wanting to clean it but with 115k on what looks like the ORIGINAL OPTI!!! Liquids don't come anywhere near this thing for now. Also sitting under the car port, the car gets dusty very quickly . I have just called under the hood a lost cause till the garage is done. :\You can see the air pump port on the side of the claw, i guess 92's don't have the same setup as the later year c4's so its not needed. Instead of sticking a rubber hose over it with a plug, I am going to remove it and weld up a cover. Then repaint the intake. It will look alot cleaner , and if its ever needed (by me or a possible future owner) all that will need to be done is to drill it out.Dirty or not, Its still the first "Performance" mod done to the car.
