So are you offering up to do the work...supervise/train...or are you getting rid of the stuff?

I have the dimming issue on mine and just have not gotten around to trying it. If you have experience I am willing to give it a go.

I too have dim AC lights .. bangin on the console doesnt bring em up even for a moment.
