Power Door Locks

I'm having dysfunctional door locks lol. I've went a head and replaced the driver side window/power lock harness. Its still not working so i went ahead and got a new actuator and still nothing. Now I tested to make sure i was getting power at the door lock switch, but when i test the plug, where the switch plugs into i cant get a reading, but if i test the power line under the dash (where the door harness plugs into the main harness) i can get a 12v reading. So I'm not sure if its the connector on the main harness or if its the actual door lock switch on the door panel. I'm not sure how to test the switch its self.

Also the passenger side door lock isn't working either, i do believe that to be the switch on that side but again I'm not positive.
