Eddie44 Posted March 15, 2007 Share Posted March 15, 2007 You probably have stripped nylon gears in the headlight motors. You can get brass replacements from Rodneys'. Heres the link Headlight MotorsIf you find you need a motor, I have a used passenger side motor for the C5 that I never got around to replacing before I traded it in.
