Desertdawg
It’s a little bit of a cheat right now with empty roads... do it for fun not a record right now.

Yes that is what the guys that did this said, there would be an asterisk next to the time indicating the country was in house arrest oops I mean lockdown. Still to cover 3 thousand miles in 26 hours and some minutes is phenomenal. When I lived in Dallas and would drive back home (suburbs of philly) it would take me like 25 hours to go 1400 miles.....in my 79 Z28, had to stop for gas a lot...lol. I came home from Missouri once in 22 hours by myself, and by the time I rolled into Phoenix I was a zombie.

Grape Ape
I have done the AZ to Nebraska trip a few times. With the wife in the car with me it took roughly 24 hours, when I'm by myself it takes me right 19 hours. Figure that one out! 1 way is about 1350 miles. It sure would be fun to do that cannonball trip once. But I do agree that there is a difference as there's less people on the roads right now. Desertdawg
My best run was downtown LA to downtown ElPaso, 800 miles... 10 hours! I started the trip at quitting time so add an 8 hour workday to it.
