Turn off motor, turn ignition to on (motor off) and it's reading 65-70...how tough is it to change the sending unit?
ELESWUN
You have to pull the intake manifold. Not difficult at all.

Bigfoot
Under the intake manifold...doesn't sound too bad. Hmm...LS6 manifold? How much, when and what benefit? Guess I'd really need that Nic tune then. :D

Guess I'd really need that Nic tune then. :DHere is just some of the info out there on the different intakes and T/B's. The LS 6 "may" be avaiable in 2-3 weeks. I want to see how the 90/90 feels first.Sean 1st in line then Cahd. Thanks for the early intrest. Will let you know when ready and the price. Swap gets done next Thursday. http://www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic10974.php
MOTV8
Run, run for your lives! Cahd is in line for an engine mod! I swapped in Mark's LS6 intake manifold and throttle body on when I got my headers/t.c./tune done, picked up a little over 30 horses, but it laid down over 40 more ft-lbs of torque! I believe the manifold/t.b. helped generate that torque. My 2 cents. It's a good mod if you are planning more down the road, i.e. heads & cam, supercharger, etc....
