The reason I signed up is because I was doing a search on google about a company I was about to buy a transmission from http://www.phoenixhardparts.com. AKA Phoenix re-trans AKA Phoenix remanufactured transmissions....not to be confused with http://www.phoenixtrans.com AKA Phoenix Transmission Products) although with the simalarity in names it could be easy to confuse.) and was looking for an update on a complaint one of the members on this board had about the company. Word of mouth goes a long ways you know. There was a thread on this forum from one of the members here who said his was junk and was trying to resolve the problem. I was curious to see if they have fixed his problem. I can't for the life of me seem to be able to find that thread again. It was an 05 thread. He said he had problems with getting his car back and tranny issues. (Several times) I guess it's pretty irrevelent now though. I've researched the company a little deeper and found over 100 complaints thru the BBB and 3 thru ripoffreport.com.
