Desertdawg
The gouges are bad but did they poke all the holes in there too? looks like they owe you a new set.
insatiableOne
I had issue with jack furrier and discount tire here in Tucson. What a shame we cannot get decent service anymore. Oh, how i wish i still had a tire machine and balancer in the garage.

Chameleon
I have used the Discount Tire in north Scottsdale with good results. They have a lot of high dollar cars with picky owners in their customer base.

Big Tom
Well I got the trailer with the repaired wheels back on Thursday. I pulled them off of the trailer this morning for inspection. I left the trailer with DT for the duration of the repairs because I have no place to leave it without wheels on it. Here is how they gave them back.. Maybe it's me but when I screw up I would go overboard to make a customer Happy. Leaving the tires covered with what ever that white stuff is and over torquing the lugs so that I had to use a pipe on a breaker bar to get them loose did not make me happy.. Mike at Arrowhead Cadillac told me he would price match any set of tires when I had the car in for the headlight recall.
JohnU
I was at DT today getting a nail removed from my wife's tire I noticed when I was adding tire shine to it this morning after I detailed it. I reminded the guy to watch out for the chrome face of the wheel. When they presented the car back the tire had the "gook" washed off and it matched the look of the other tire. I noticed the other customers in there could careless about the appearance of their vehicle let alone their rims which were all salt damaged from many winters. I do find most places will compliment me on the condition....I tell them I did not want them to get dirty working on my car.
