TheCMSH
AWRS fixed my front passenger thinspoke, rim was bent and had a couple knicks, I was pleased with the final results and as I recall it wasn't crazy expensive. I took the wheel to them to save the pick up charge

MidNiteFury01
Thanks! AWRS seems to be the name that pops up along with Kwiksilver. Seems the latter, all the local tire shops use.AWRS fixed my front passenger thinspoke, rim was bent and had a couple knicks, I was pleased with the final results and as I recall it wasn't crazy expensive. AWRS seems all the independent folks use and Kwiksilver -all the big tire shops use. Guess I will submit an RFP for these guys and see which one has better pricing, as both have good reviews. I still need to pick up those TPMS from you Jim. I'm finally getting a life outside of "baby life". Bob - they are the argent gray speedline Z06 rims, probably more than just polish, maybe some grinding involved... curb rash is bad on one rim, the others are merely knicks, and some finish removed... MidNiteFury01
Update --- So AWRS did not respond, and thus took the rims to Kwiksilver. The shop is located in Glendale, however, I was able to meet the shop manager in Litchfield Park who then took them. Excellent work, quick turn-around (at two days). Purchased the full restoration (strip, sandblast, remove blemishes, knicks, etc., matched powder coating, bake) for two 17" rims and two 18" rims for just the spot repairs and the work is fantastic. Prices were the same for all the contact shop. Kwiksilver is used by at least Firestone & Discount and had good reviews from multiple sources. www.kwiksilveraz.com
