Hitting on a potential seller's wife while trying to get a listing, may not be the best approach to take. I'd suggest he wait until he gets the listing, sells the house and escrow closes before making that move (but what the hell do I know). Years ago I knew (no not that way) a very hot single, young chick that was in real estate. She had two sets of cards made up for handing out to potential customers, one for the women and one for the men. The one that she handed out to the men had some extra printing on the back of the card that read "A piece of tail with every sale". She was very successful!!
