There's always a possibility that some lawyer would try to link an injury or death back to a forum because of what is posted. Most of us chicken administrator's would rather not even get involved to begin with.If Bryan's see's this I'm sure he could elaborate further on the issue... We do not promote illegal racing on the streets. Most kill stories are just tales of someone out racing another car on the street.#2. To prove you are the one that won the illegal race, most time videos or photos are included. In come the lawyers saying that a web site is promoting an illegal activity by giving space for kill stories. They also can be used against a person in the event that a lawsuit were to come up later on (person posts 10 kill videos and then gets in a car wreck where excessive speed was involved.).#3. Kill stories are just stupid. Go to a web site that allows this crap. It's a bunch of teenagers bragging that they outraced a Vette off the line in their civic. Or it's videos of them darting in and out of traffic on the interstate as they race against another car.
