Need a good adhesive

e So, I bought this: Air Bag Insert Lettering - Raised, cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol and it doesn't want to stick. Any suggestions on a good adhesive?

Rubbing alcohol won't do the trick. You need a little "adhesion promoter" to clean it off before installing. Try Autozone or Pepboys. The area has to be clean or nothing will stick.

try heating it with a hair dryer, that's what I did with mine

...for plastics, a Q-Tip with methanol (wood alcohol) will also work, to remove oil and plasticizers. Available at drug stores and hardware stores everywhere!

This^^^ along with the alcohol worked for me, your decal should have came with the promoter.

Hopefully the inserts are just decals and not hard plastic or metal letters that will get imbedded in someones face if the air bag would be deployed. Just askin.........
