Today was a light headache and a case of being very unintelligent. Last Saturday though my buddy from Minneapolis came.. we started at 12pm and ended at 430am. That was a very, very poor choice. It's a lot tougher the older you get and much longer on the recovery times for sure, but what do I know, I'm 27 for the 30th time this year.
