1EvilC5
First on my way to work this morning, on the 202 Santan Freeway, a Motorcycle DPS checks my speed with a Lazer Gun. The sound my radar detector made freaked my out because I have never heard that sound before. As I pass him, he is putting his Lazer gun away. I figure OK he singled me out because of the Vette. Then it turns out that he pulled over another car behind me that must have been going faster the the small pack I was in. Then as I was leaving work today around 5:00 PM, the sky turned dark and the water started to pour like Cats and Dogs. So I was driving home and had to basically pull into the center lanes of the road because the right side of the road was flooded. So it was an adventure to drive about 3 miles. So I just stopped at the Casino on the way home and killed some time and let the Monsoon blow by. So 2 hours later I decide to leave and I cash out ahead. So now I just need to clean the Vette after that Crazy Monsoon.Hope no one else had to deal with that today in their Vette.Phil... Loud Pedal
I was wondering if DPS was running laser. I just got a passport 8500 and the Z3 laser jammer system. I haven't installed the jammer yet though. Anybody have recommendations for a good shop to install this?Thx
Drewstein
Sorry about the weather. I pulled the vette out for one day and it gets covered in the dust/rain combo. That's what I get for driving her I guess.

Guest 71airstrike
I cant suggest a shop off the top of my head.If you have tools and willing to get your hands grimey you can host a "corvette suturday/sunday". A lot of us wrench monkeys will crawl out of the wood work to help. OR you can wait till some here is having one and come by. The key is you are will ing to get your hands dirty (wether you know anything or not) and to try. I know I will start ordering parts for my R/R interior work in a few weeks and I wil be hosting a corvette saturday once a few weeks after that. cheerschad

Every now and then we might throw in some questionable sound advice. :DOh ya, I almost forgot Steve will take 300 pics of the whole thing.
