MOTV8
Even Arthur C. Clarke would be envious. That '86 Dodge something or other convertible has to be rare as well. After a little research, it was actually an ' 84 Dodge 600 ES and had a little turbo 4 cylinder. Uh huh, like I said, rare, even for a pos. One of 1786 in fact. Rarer than my '96 T/A WS6 which was one of only 2051.

One guy bought one which ended up in my garage.
anmracing
Dang, Donna makes my collection of v8's look miserable.... I submit my poorly gaggle: Not mine, but grew up with this one, 1973 Corvette, bought at O'Reilly Chevrolet in Tucson in late 1972. Mostly worked as mechanic's helper on this one. LOL Now, for something I actually was allowed to own 1968 Olds Cutlass, nothing special-all original followed by 1969 Olds Cutlass-loved the rake on this one! Nice little torque converter and shift kit, along with the edelbrock manifold helped this one use some of the great torque from the Olds motors. followed by a change of pace...1972 Plymouth Satellite, 383 in lieu of the original 400, manual valve body auto trans then, back to Olds, this time found what I originally wanted-442 vert, a/c car, disc brakes and manual trans, not the 400, but swapped in a 425 built over with 455 guts I'll pass over anything non-V8 cause they're just DDs then came Imaginary I wish I had been around when the really cool stuff was plentiful and cheap. Sigh. Still, had some really good times with those cars. Thanks for the memories guys! M~

You know....it's all based on perspective. As a young teen/twenty something, these cars were every where and cheap and you never thought about them being collectables......55 Chevy's and the like were considered the "collectables", where mid-late 60's muscle weren't much beyond 10-15 years old. You just never gave thought that there was a finite number of these cars produced and that parts were someday going to be hard to come by. What are they going to say in 2030 about the current "horsepower wars" of today ? Hell, there's car's built in the mid-late 80's that are already considered desirable and collectable.
