JNMMotorsports
~I'm now selling 1/4" thick aluminum tunnel plates (C5 or C6) that have a high temp titanium ceramic coating. Your standard Aluminized ceramic coating is rated to protect up to 1100 degrees. The high temp ceramic coating on my tunnel plates are able to withstand up to 1800 degrees. Each unit is precisoin cut out of 6061-T6 Aluminum. My tunnel plates are twice the thickness of a factory stock tunnel plate. They have 2 access holes for the o2 sensor wires. The benefit of using this tunnel plate is that it strengthens the chassis and decreases the heat transferred to the interior. Installation is simple and these are a direct replacement piece. Price: $190 shipped in the US or $170 for a local.
