Or maybe he could have planned ahead and actually been in the slow lane ahead of time. Too many idiots do this. Going from fast lane to off ramp in a very short distance. He got what he deserved. Although it was obvious the Subaru driving with the camera was bein an asshat as well. Just a good thing it wasn't a car that was broke down that he hit.
