Guest FRCDave
Hi back to all - sorry I just found this section!I will add pictures once I figure out how to transfer them from my work computer account.A friend of mine bought this 99 FRC corvette at about a year old and with only 2700 miles on it. I took a ride in it back when he got it and loved it. Well, he put about 50K more miles on it, went to some open track events, and then lost interest - he has many projects! We worked out a deal and I just went over the the LA area in California a few weeks ago and picked it up!We took it out to an SCCA solo drivers training event last weekend - what a blast. Next we will probably have to go out to Firebird and get a baseline in the quarter mile. The car has plenty of power but hmmm...what else can we do?I have noticed other corvette owners wave (and have returned the waves!).I look forward to meeting everyone as well.Dave99 FRC70 Chevelle SS Convertible - not quite completed restoration04 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 - 16.88@88MPH87 Mustang GT Convertible 14.11@100.5MPH
Eddie44
I look forward to seeing pics of your FRC but I'd really love to see pics of that Chevelle. Big or small block? Hope we'll see you Saturday at the mystery cruise. It should be a great time and all are welcome. If you haven't been on a cruise if 15 or 20 other Vettes it is an unforgettable time.
