Desertdawg Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 Seattle Datacenter Outage By Tech | September 4, 2009 The softlayer Seattle datacenter is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. This may affect a small number of Midphase customers. The latest update from Softlayer is as follows: At approximately 22:30 PDT on Thursday, September 3rd 2009, the NOC was alerted to a power/electrical issue at the Seattle Datacenter. The local NOC is currently investigating, and we will continue to provide updates as they become available. The latest update from Softlayer is: SoftLayer engineers are working with vendor resources to investigate the initial cause and magnitude of the issue earlier this evening. An official RFO will be posted once a full assesment of the situation has been completed. Datacenter Engineers are currently working to restore service to all impacted customers.
