Yesterday was cold and extremely windy across Arizona and part of New Mexico, sustained winds in the 20's with gusts to 45. Today was much better, by the afternoon it was sunny and quite pleasant, in Amarillo now. Tomorrow another ~400 miles into Oklahoma to connect with our Oklahoma chapter, ACE members P51TJ. Forgot to mention, if you're anywhere close to Pawhuska (NNW of Tulsa) take a minute to visit The Mercantile and sample The Pioneer Woman's prune pie. Sounds weird, but tastes amazing. Yesterday was sunny, today is cloudy and damp.
