I'm not sure buying the shirts would qualify as there is not much "profit" in those. There are a number of folks here on the forum that have made actual cash donations at one time or another to keep this great forum up and running. There are a couple people I know of that have made major donations and a lot who have made lesser donations but the point is they have donated. Thanks to the generosity of most on this forum we ended up with a large donation over and above costs on the Gila Bend BBQ but those were anonymous. As I understand it we are pretty well off right now but the day will come when we have to ante up. I would suggest that if you're at an event and find yourself with an extra twenty in your pocket give it to Phil or Dwayne. Hopefully Phil and Dwayne will let us know if we get to the point that they need money. No one should have to carry the financial burden. All of that said I'm sure we can all think of things that we could do to raise funds. If you have a creative idea please step up and express yourself.
