It is badass to think we can do this across space. I think this one was created for the first set of rovers (Spirit & Opportunity) launched because the most recent one did not use airbag & bounce method to reach the surface. It was dropped right on the wheels. Check this one out for the landing of Perseverance which included actual video of the chute deploy, shield separation, and sky crane that set it down right on it's wheels.
