Ken...adapters on the way - how about we shoot for next weekend. I should see about getting those BFG mounted...don't think I want the DR's though. Friend who owns my old truck can help us get them wherever to mount.

Tanya or Mark...think we can meet to (again) to get those things out of your way?

Any events out this way next weekend that might make this easier?

And let me know if we need the caps lugs etc' so I order them.

If you need somewhere to switch the rims you're welcome to come by my place. I've got the impact and torque wrench. Just give me a jingle 602-463-5649 (cell).

Eddie, I think a mod party at you place is one hell of a great idea!!

What is going on next weekend that we may impinge upon??

I like Eddie's because I will be working in that area next week and I can load the wheels and tires I have here in my work Van and drop them at Ed's on friday if he has overnight storage capability!!

I know if Mark isn't working, he will be there FREE BEER and we can get the rears delivered!!

How are we doing so far????????

I'm good with that idea. Yes, I've got a three car garage and only two cars at home right now :angry

I've got to sit home all day Sat. for the delivery of a new home entertainment center we bought. Anyone else that needs something done is welcome too! For those that don't know, I live in the area of 32nd St. and Thunderbird.

Thanks ED!

I figure if the adapters aren't necessary, I can return them - but I'd better have them on hand if want these babies on the car.

Poker run Saturday? Hmmm.

I have a 40ft conex at my job site. SE corner 101 and Cave Creek Rd right next to the Shammrock station!

I'm going to unload the generator and crap I carry in the van tomorrow.

Then I plan on loading the front wheel/tire combos and the rear GTC's in the van and storing them in the conex till Sun!

That means I will need a way to go get them on Sun and get them to Ed's!!

I think this little adventure is starting to come together!!

By jimminies, yes it is....but Eddie's kind of quiet now...

We'll figure out something to get them down to Ed's on Sunday. We're practically neighbors - I'm in the older neighbohood a couple blocks west.

Still waiting for Mark to join in!!

He has the best part, the big ass meats for the rear!

I know Mark's truck will haul those four tires and two wheels AND me!! :rolf:rolf

But, it may take another trip if I just meet him at the job site on the way to Ed's?

Those rear wheel/ tires are BIG!!

I may be able to get one front in the pass seat and the other in the trunk if I leave it open!! Then he can take the rears in the little truck!!

Ken

Yeah, I saw 'em...hope they fit!

But I doubt any problems with the GSC's

...in fact if anyone wants them, speak up. I don't think they'll hold up on the commuter rally, so if they could be of better use to anyone else?????

Which tires are not going to be of any use to you?

Drag radials :burnout

Yes Phil -- you need these.

And you can use them on Nov 20th - check the events section. I am trying to get a club day for the Corvettes at Speedworld.

What size and brand are they? Cost?

315/35/17 BFG DR's!

Won't fit Phil, unless you want to buy new wheels and reprogram the TC.

Tanya said she had problems last time she ran them!

I never had problems on the 01 but I only had to go 4 1/2 miles to Chicagoland Speedway!!

I need a new clutch before I worry about traction!! :banghead:
