Mongolian BBQ. Basically you take a bowl and walk down a buffet with uncooked vegetables and meat. You cram as much as you can in the bowl in the combo that you like. Then you give it to the cooks, they cook it all up and serve it back to you.

I am going to get up there a bit before noon. I am taking my car over to the car wash and leaving it with them to wash, wax and detail. It hasn't been washed since Show Low and last time it saw wax was before the Gila Bend BBQ Cruise and drive through car wash.
