They will fire up the BBQ, warm the pool up and get the good ol' kegerater set up. All you need to do is bring over what you want to cook or have cooked on the BBQ and your swimming attire. Ken will post up shortly with more of the details. This will take place on Sunday May 4th starting at noon and going to whatever time it ends. Sign up if interested. Guest Kens06 Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 Hey there All!!At Harold's yesterday, Kriste asked me if the numbers were pretty consistent i.e 20-30 people.She has been to three or four and they seemed about the same size!Then, Why do you go to restaurants instead of homes??You do home events like Michaels b-day and Mark and Tanya's?Well, the 1st Sat of the month get together was a gathering point for everyone to prep for the Corvette Sat at "The Pavilions"!You know, sit in a parking lot, listen to golden moldies and show off your shiner!!1st Sat's Vette's get the first two rows!Fun the first couple times, then NOT!!Don't get me wrong, you will see some amazing cars out there on any given Sat!!!I just don't see that objective as the reason anymore, so why not do some home gatherings??All we do is sit around and BS till the food comes anyway, why not eat food you like??Harold's sucked!!The service, the food, the prices all made Hooter's look 5 star!!I'm sure I will be reading reports next month on how bad I suck, but I have very thick skin and let's try something different!!Ken Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had never been up to Cave Creek before, so I enjoyed it. It's nice to try different spots and do some exploring.That being said, the idea of a house party also sounds terrific. Count me in, it's very generous of you (Ken and Sister) to invite the group over to pee in your pool, eat all your grub and guzzle your beer (j/k) Count me in, and looking forward to another good time.
