Johnny B Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 I just installed power door locks into my 78 which never had them, running the harnesses through the door was a pain in the A## any way believe it or not they work perfect. Now iam faced with cutting the new door panels and mounting the switches. My question is how do they mount i have what they call the retainers but i guess iam not very smart i cant figure out how they mount and iam sure its pretty easy. any help would be appriciated. And thanks to all who helped me get this far. Johnny BNever mind i just figured it out... the spring clips that snaps into the retainer are missing. They have a number of parts cars and if he doesn't have it he will know where to get it. They deal in all generations of Vettes.
