Good, now be sure to vote for Hillary/Obama to bring the rest of 'em home......

I won't get too political on you Dan but that's exactly what we don't need. Everything he's put his life on the line for in the three visits he's made over there would go down the shitter if either of them gets in office. If you want CHAOS in the middle east then bring all the troops home now. I'm too proud of what our troops have accomplished to see it thrown away. We need to be there for a long long time. I'm sorry if you and others don't have the stomach for that but it's a fact of life! Okay, off my soapbox.

"I won't get too political on you Dan but..."

Precisely why I made the comment Eddie, just didn't think you'd reply that quickly. We all know how proud you are of the war :)

Glad he's back safe and sound.

Dan

Great news Eddie! You should be very proud of your Son! Make sure you bring him out to an event someday so I can personally buy him a beer... or 3... or 4. :cheers

Thas so awesome he is comming home Eddie, congrats.

as for the snotty comment about being proud of the war.....

leave it up to a democrat to point the finger and throw wrongful blame on our troops. it seems thats all you dems do lately(nancy pelosi)"its the republicans fault".to me it sounds like waaaahhh waaaahhhh mommy mommy..... if anyone wants to blame the troops for iraq/ afghanistan, pm me and ill give you my adress, come to my house and blame me for that crap, see what happens.

im glad the united states is willing to protect other peoples freedom, im proud to be in the military and fight for the rights of our people. even the yuppie scum who cant appreciate us becasue they are too busy with their own greed to care whats gonig on in the world. the minute we turn our back on the world is the minute we become the very evil we fight. If you have a problem with government policy, go find another country to destroy and complain about.

do you really think that hillary or obama are going to live up to their bring the troops home BS? NO! neither of them have the slightest clue whats going on over there, and as soon as they get into office they will be quietly taken aside and told what they are gonig to do. the US cannot abandon all those innocent people. it is not our fault iraq and afghanistan are the way they are. if we never wouldve invaded iraq, sadam would have taken kuwait in the 90's and slaughtered all those people. he would have killed off all the sunni muslims in the country. there would be genocide. there already was. and as for afghanistan. we are there cleaning up the mess the soviets left when they destroyed afghanistan and left a haven for the terrorists.

honestly, id rather fight terrorism on thier soil... not ours.

Eddie, without all this political crrrrrraaaaaaaap. Congrats to your Son and his accomplishments and to your family as well. When he gets back please shake his hand from this Canadian, (who like many other Canadians) appreciate the service your children and ours give to our Countries, right or wrong, it's not their choice, it's their love of Country.

Good news, Ed. Is he coming back to Phoenix? He is just in time to make the GB run with you, we can all meet and say hi maybe.

No, unfortunately he won't be coming back to Phx right away. He is a civilian agent (counterintelligence) for the DOD and he works out of Ft. Meade, MD. He will be coming back to Phx in March / April for his big brother's bachelor party and wedding. We told him not to waste another airfare now. I will definitely pass on everyone's good wishes though.

Congrats on your son returning home safe. There must be a great sigh of relief from your family about his returning back to the U.S.A. You must be so proud of him.

*Biting tongue* HARD

:agree

Glad he's coming home safe Eddie. :flag Hopefully he'll get to stay a while this time.

Ok, I can't bite my tongue anymore. I absolutely agree with you Eddie. It's not proud of war, it's being proud of what we/they are trying to do in this world.

Lets just remember that I am a school teacher and I see these lame ass kids and how they act and behave and don't participate during the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE and moment of silence EVERY day. I literally have to yell at them just to get them to stand during the pledge...much less any of the jackasses saying it. They have the "right" not to say it, but I'll be damned if I'll let them sit through it after I spent 20 years defending that "right." And the democrats can take that and shove it where the sun does not shine.

Our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and DOD civilians are out doing a job a bunch of pansyasses are too afraid to admit is needed. If we don't take it to them, they will bring it to us...that's been proven time and again every time a damn democrat takes office. So yes, lets fight them on their soil...not OURS!!!
