Guest beemer2k Posted November 7, 2007 Share Posted November 7, 2007 As some of you may know I have recently be seriously defrauded by Arizona Power & Sound.Not only did I pay the owner of AZPS the sum of $40,000.00 for services & products not delivered (or even ordered). But now we find that Mr. O'Connor has been evicted from his building and (to the best of my knowledge) no one has been able to contact him.So here is my problem, I am in the midst of filing a lawsuit against the owners of Arizona Power & Sound, MMO Distributing, LLC & Mike B. O'Connor. But of course... blood from a turnip, right? It would probably be good money after bad. If you did pay by credit card ( and this should be a lesson to all of us ), the bank should stand behind you. In my experience dealing with disputes from shady customers is that AMEX almost always sides with the cardholder. Visa/MC lean a little more toward the merchant. If I was that guy, I wouldn't be anouncing that to often......Bummer for everyone involved. Seems like he had a pretty big clientel.
