Car Is Acting Strange

the other day my dash came up with security lighting up and then my dash notes wore saying traction on then off and i parked it at work and 3 hours later my car didnt start but my lights on the dash worked but my truck would not open and my seat would not move so i left it at work and 2 call 4 a tow truck 2morrow but today when i got 2 work the car started.Did anyone know whay the hell is going on? it fine 4 now but i dont know what will happen later.

Will i run it this problem later and should get it checked out or did it happen 2 anyone else.Can antone help or just wait it out or did i have the key not all the way in 2 start the thing thx 4 the help if you can scott :angry :confused :mad: :ACE:

How old is your battery? It could have a low charge and is causing problems.

Check for leaks under the battery. Hope no damage is there, main electical harness below the battery. Usally the first symtom is the AC no longer blows out the upper vents and only to the floor vents.

Let us know what you find.

Battery first. Go to someplace like Checker and have them test it first and the connections on that battery. If that doesnt' help then start checking other stuff.

Improper voltage from a battery on these cards makes them do some really strange things.

the battery is about 1 year old and looks very good so i guess maybe i'll have it checked out and thx 4 the reply guys

I usually start with bribes and then resort to threats if the car doesn't improve. It sounds like you used the "time out" method which stopped the bad behavior.
