90 L98, after spraying throttle plates to clean, engine stalled and now won't idle up.

After spring throttle plates with throttlebody cleaner engine stalled. Engine now will start run rough but will not idle up. Have checked fuel pressure. Has a new throttle position sensor manifold absolute pressure sensor idle air control valve. No vacuum leaks apparent. And no codes present. Any thoughts on Would stop this engine from idling up?

Were these new items installed after you sprayed it?

If they were installed before you sprayed, it sounds like one of them is now fouled with spray or gunk.

No, all replaced after. The car came with a few new parts.

I understand these are 2 different engines and 2 different throttle bodies but did GM use DAG on your 90?
