2007 Z06 Yellow 23k on the odometer

So, I'm testing the waters, not sure how serious I am about selling. However, I am looking to get into a house and this would help with down payment. 2007 Z06 2LZ with 23k on the clock. Heads  issue resolved by Cordes Performance, Alph 1 package https://cordesperformanceracing.com/2021/07/c6-z06/

Dyno sheet 560 WHP. Sony stereo, MGW Shifter, Ceramic Tint including clear for the windshield, Apex 19x12.5 Rear, 18x11 front. Vivid racing carbon fiber wheel. Mild 2 wild exhaust. C6 ZR1 rear spoiler (not drilled), and smoked side lenses. I am the 3rd owner, car purchased in MD. I have all manuals, window sticker, stereo, original wheels, and original steering wheel. Small rock chip up front, I'll get a picture next time I'm out. Otherwise, zero issues. I'm located in Tempe.
