Chameleon
Thanks for sharing. Either that picture is a little stretched, or that is one huge front splitter. . .
Desertdawg
The image is stretched…. But it’s funny because I make that same comment every morning when I look in the mirror.

HOXXOH
Does anyone else find it a little weird when people refer to some things, particularly car parts, with a nonsensical location defining adjective? Things on Corvettes like rear differential, front headlights, rear taillights, front windshield, rear view mirrors, and in the above posts, front splitter, just defy logic. BTW, I have always described my inside mirror as the "rear view mirror", so I'm just as guilty as anyone else.

Lurch
I guess it keeps those who do not know enough to atleast look in the correct direction?

Never previously gave this much thought, but HOXXOH you are absolutely correct. However, Lurch has a point......it provides direction to those unfamiliar with Corvette nomenclature such as a person (overheard at a car show) calling a diffuser a "rear splitter"

Desertdawg
I don’t use the rear view mirror because… "The first rule of italian driving, what behind me is not important".
