1jester 13 Posted December 24, 2020 Share Posted December 24, 2020 I think my Billy boat PRT’s is having a spring or valve problem. When I turn the key off, and there’s no back pressure on the exhaust you get a clump clump sound. You can also hear it clunking when you down gear and get changes in exhaust pressure. I don’t know if it’s just the springs or the valves also. Anybody else have this problem? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Evidently the rattle noise is coming from the flex plate. 2014 and 2015 c7’s had a riveted flex plate and evidently some of the rivets can loosen. Awaiting the estimates from Classic gold now.
