Sounds awsome, I vote to leave it as is......:thumbs

Besides, didn't you say a neighbor was making noise in front of your house or doing drive by's with their rice burner or something?

Sounds great!! You'll love it with those Hookers.  Drive with the top off, as you'll go deaf with the top on.  Trust me,  I know first-hand from the days I ran 'em on my '64 😎

Lonnie did the sound test. His camaro is louder (With my sidepipes on) but this Vette is deeper. We lasted a full week at a time in his camaro. Ears rang all night every night.
This won’t be a cruise car for sure.

Earplugs?  I had ear molds made.... life savers in airplanes etc.   You can hold a normal conversation and hear the car radio/music. It cuts out the loud stuff.   A must have in any C3 going down the highway, stock or loud exhaust.

I have a killer sound system now. Kill switch, line lock, USB ports, he put every modern day convenience in here. If you have a c3, you know how hard it is to pull up the hatches. He took care of that too.

No, they’re just annoying. They chopped main branches from my tree, park their cars 3 thick into the street.  They probably like the noise 😂

Hey, I really like the two-tone you did on the interior.

Lol thank you. I wanted to leave the beige to break up the black look. It’s black on the outside as it is. I thought a full black interior would be too much. I’d like a darker beige though at some point. Like a saddle beige maybe.

After a few minor setbacks that I will NOT put in writing, it’s about done.  The seats need to be bolted down and the rear aligned and a couple adjustments to the carburetor.
