NOTE:  We have a limited number of crew passes available for purchase. 

Key items to note:
1.  Sound testing will be required the morning of the event. If you don't pass you will receive a $125 credit toward a future event. 
2.  You may purchase 1 or 2 add'l guest/crew passes for $25/each. There will be a limited number of passes available and must be purchased at the time of registration. (No guests will be allowed onsite without a pass since there is a 200 max person limit on the site)
3.  If you are part of a team the second driver will need to purchase the crew pass.

PRE-Event and Early Paddock Setup

The track will be closed and early setup will not be available on Friday. Gates will open per the schedule on Sat morning.

 

Gate Details

Due to the restricted number of people allowed onsite, we will need to use a guest/gate list. You will need to provide your name so it can be checked off the list. If you are a 2nd/team driver or have a guest or "crew" they will need to provide the name that their crew credential was purchased under to cross reference. Officials or Instructors not already on the gate list may use their NASA Badge to gain access to the site.

TT Annual Tech Inspection

All TT cars will require an annual inspection for 2016. If you already have a vehicle tech Logbook there is no charge. If you need a Logbook or replacement Logbook there is a $5 charge.  TT cars need to also print and fill one of these out prior to arriving to Tech.

Race Annual Tech Inspection

All race cars must have their annual inspection completed by one of the authorized shops (Shops listed here --> http://www.nasaaz.com/tech/tech-inspection/) prior to arriving onsite OR be pre-registered (onsite fee and limited spots available) for an onsite annual tech inspection.  Please bring this form filled out and signed prior to arriving onsite http://www.nasaproracing.com/forms/annual_race_tech.pdf

If you are a competitor and do not have a classing sheet on file, please work with Jeff Abrams jeff@mazdamaniac.com to get your classing sheet online prior to arriving onsite.

Driver Info / Registration

• Will be located near the white awnings and/or NASA AZ trailers (see paddock map)

• If you are not wearing your waiver wrist band you may be asked by Driver Info to sign the waiver again

• HPDE1 will need to “check in” with registration. All other groups will receive their wristbands from their respective Group Leader directly after the Drivers Meeting

 

Transponder Rentals

• Need to be checked out at registration

• Need to be returned to registration within 30 mins of your final session to avoid a late fee

• Time Attack competitors: If you rented a transponder for your TA session, it is only available for your TA laps. If you need a transponder for TT or Race group you will be required to pay for a full weekend rental.

 

Drivers Meetings / Downloads

The mandatory drivers meeting for all drivers (HPDE, TT, Race) will be held at Driver Info on Saturday morning. All other group meetings and download locations will be announced by your respective Group Leader directly after the morning drivers meeting.

 

Timing and Scoring

Results will be posted on our sign easels at Driver Info.  If errors are found, please bring this to the attention of the TT Directors or your respective Race Series Leader to get corrected.

Water

The club provides bottled water for staff/volunteers @ registration. That same water is also available to participants and guests @ 2 for $1 using the self serve cash box.

 

Food Service

Lulu will be onsite in her taco truck serving breakfast & lunch. Please support her so she will continue to support us!

 

Fuel

There will be no fuel service onsite. Please plan accordingly.

 

Tire Service

NASA Arizona will have tire service available with pricing as follows:
